Checklist email
When you submit a checklist form, your email address is sent to Buttondown (the list cornerpost) so we can send the notes you asked for. You can download the PDF on the page without submitting an email. Buttondown’s privacy notice applies to the address they store.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, Netlify processes your name, email address, optional topic, and message on our behalf so we can review and respond. An automated spam filter helps protect the form. Please use the contact page to request deletion of a message you have sent.
Browser storage
Interactive checklists save progress in this browser on this device. You can remove that saved information by clearing this site’s browser storage. Use care on a shared device.
Affiliate links and cookies
Rental links take you to the marketplace’s website, sometimes through an affiliate network. The destination may use cookies or similar technology to attribute a referral. Its own privacy policy applies after you leave RV Junkie. See our affiliate disclosure for how these relationships work.
Analytics
We use analytics tools to see which pages are useful, which links people click (including marketplace links), and whether the contact and newsletter forms work. We do not use an advertising network, and we do not send your name, email address, or message to these tools.
Google Analytics. Google Analytics places first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that can last up to two years so returning visits can be counted. It receives the pages you view, the links you click, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
Microsoft Clarity. Clarity places cookies (such as _clck, which can last up to a year, and _clsk, which lasts about a day) and records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, to create heatmaps and anonymous session replays. Clarity masks text typed into form fields. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website still works without them. Our host, Netlify, may also process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested page, and browser details to deliver and protect the website.
